FAST CHILLER
fastchiller
Fast Chiller works with a special coolant, contained in an insulated tank, which is maintained, by means of a suitable thermostatic thermodynamic system, at a temperature ranging from -30 °C to -40 °C (depending on the models and factory calibrations).
The bottles are introduced, through special holes existing on the lid that closes the tank, inside flexible and protective thermal sheaths fixed to the lid and immersed in the liquid: by conduction the cold of the liquid is quickly transmitted to the bottles, without wetting them, the operation is continuous like that of any domestic or professional refrigerator, but has very low energy consumption when not used for cooling bottles (stend-by).
When you start up for the first time, it takes about three hours before you can benefit from the fast cooling capacity, while steady-state operation is achieved after about six hours. The liquid is non-toxic and non-flammable.
